Experimenting with recipes in the kitchen can be intimidating but lucky for us, Jess does it first and always succeeds. These grilled Pork Banh Mi Sliders are the perfect entrée to pair with our Pinot Grigio. The crisp and fruity flavors of the wine combined with the flavor and spice in the sliders is everything just right.
INGREDIENTS
• Pork tenderloin
Marinade:
• 1 T Minced Lemongrass
• 1 T Minced Ginger
• 2 Garlic Cloves, Minced
• 3 T Fish Sauce
• 1 T Honey
• 2-3T Soy Sauce
• 1 T Brown Sugar
• 1-2 T Sesame Oil
• 2-3 Scallions, thinly sliced
• Salt & Black Pepper
DIRECTIONS
• Blend & marinate pork tenderloin in refrigerator for 30min-2+ hours
• Remove & grill on high heat to sear on all sides until meat reaches 145.
• Serve with a glass of the delicious Gooseneck Vineyards Pinot Grigio.
